INTEGRITY

I JUST WANT TO SAY HOW VERY NICE TRISTA WAS IN HELPING ME WITH APPLICATION ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS AND JUST A BEAUTIFUL ... SMILE AND SPIRIT. Extraordinary Over All!

Kingston Crossing was our initial welcome to the state of Louisiana. We are nearing the end of our first year of residence ... and it has been the best experience. The complex is beautiful, clean, quiet and accommodating. The staff is helpful, welcoming and kind. They care about our concerns and communicate immediately. They take time to know us and greet us by name. We really appreciate the events they host at the clubhouse - especially since they make sure children have a great time as well as the adults. The maintenance staff is timely, professional and knowledgable. Every day they are outside maintaining and managing, and will always pass by with a smile and a wave. We love Kingston Crossing and the luxury comfort and feel of the apartments. The in-unit garages are a plus! The last thing we'd like to rave about is the amenities. Besides the gorgeous clubhouse and game room, the pool and on-site shaded playground are our most favorite features. We enjoy staying home and having a good time poolside or grilling with our neighbors at the spacious outdoor kitchens. We give Five Stars across the board! Read More about Extraordinary Over All!
